“Hen-painted Hongmeng: the Cultural Mark of Ancient Bronzes”
Description
This work takes the historical events of the Zhou Dynasty's destruction of the Shang Dynasty as the background, and recreates the historical situation of that era through wonderful narration and rich visual elements. Throughout the video, we not only tell about the struggle of Xibohou Ji Chang, the tyranny of King Zhou and the heroic battle of Mu Ye, but also skillfully integrate the bronzes and their patterns into each storyline, making these relics a bridge between the past and the present. Through the close-up of the bronze pattern, this work shows that the bronze is not only the carrier of material culture, but also a work of art carrying profound historical and cultural connotations. From the smelting technology of Xibohou to the banquet patterns of the Shang Dynasty, to the sacrificial rituals of the Zhou Dynasty, each bronze piece tells a story about power, belief and art, allowing the audience to deeply experience both visually and emotionally. To that magnificent historical period.
