However, due to the popular science of engineering vehicles on the market are mostly paper media. At the same time, the continuous development of smart devices makes children understand and use smart devices more frequently. The starting point of this design is to provide a popular science book on engineering vehicles with high playability and comprehensive popular science content for children who are curious and interested in engineering vehicles. The form of popular science is mainly carried out from three aspects: picture album popular science, physical toy popular science and AR game popular science. We combine the popular science of engineering vehicles with intelligent equipment, and use paper publications with mobile phone APP and computer software to increase the visualization degree of reading materials and improve their playability. The popular science content has high accuracy and can greatly enhance children's interest in learning, thus enabling children to better accept popular science knowledge.
