The AR Picture Book-The Great Rescue project is an innovative extended reality (XR) application practice that aims to revolutionize the traditional reading model for children through augmented reality (AR) technology. The project is based on a series of four cartoon physical books, in which twelve unique image recognition trigger points are built. By scanning these trigger points with the companion software on the user's mobile device, preset stereo animation content can be superimposed and played in the real world.
