The completion of a documentary about Chaozhou wood carving is a profound and meaningful creative journey for our team. We went deep into the ancient city of Chaozhou, visited the birthplace of this ancient art, and personally felt the unique charm and profound cultural heritage of Chaozhou wood carving. During the shooting process, we had the honor to interview Chaozhou woodcarving master Xu Xuejian, who explained in detail the historical origin, technical characteristics and inheritance status of Chaozhou woodcarving. Through his narration, we have a deeper understanding of the story behind this art and the cultural value it carries. After the shooting was completed, we carried out meticulous post-editing and production, and strive to perfectly present the exquisite details and unique charm of Chaozhou wood carving to the audience. In the end, this documentary not only shows the artistic beauty of Chaozhou wood carving, but also conveys the awe of traditional culture and the determination to inherit it.
