This work uses NFC function of mobile phone and RFID tag technology to optimize the current express delivery process from three aspects: sender's self-service order and payment, express company's automatic express sorting, courier's delivery, and recipient's quick receipt. To achieve more convenient, safe, efficient and low-cost three purposes.

1) Convenience

senders can self-print express orders. The sender first fills in the express information on the mobile phone APP, and then writes the NFC express information into the self-service box interactive terminal. The self-service box automatically prints into a self-adhesive express form, and the customer pastes the express form on the express.

Courier fees can be paid online. After the sender fills in the express delivery information, the weight sensor of the self-service box interactive terminal needs to be used to weigh the express delivery objects, and then the interactive terminal calculates the express delivery fee, and the sender can pay online.

2) Safety

customer privacy information and express object information are hidden and protected. The important information of customers and express items is hidden in RFID tags to prevent the disclosure of customer privacy information.

Real-time tracking location courier location. Using the RFID automatic sorting method, whenever the express item arrives at a new sorting point, the database will update the location information of the express,

the RFID tag on the express order is an easy-to-tear RFID tag. The use of one-time tearable RFID tags, when the recipient receives the courier, you can choose to tear up the RFID tag, the information stored in the tag is destroyed, but also improve the security of information.

3) High efficiency and low cost

RFID automatic sorting express. Using RFID automatic sorting method instead of the current manual sorting, the sorting speed and accuracy are improved, and the transportation time of objects is shortened. Reduce the cost of manual sorting.

The self-service box automatically sends verification information to the recipient. The dispatcher only needs to use the card reader of the self-service box interactive terminal to read the recipient information in the RFID tag, and then put the express into the self-service box, and the background of the self-service box interactive terminal will directly send the verification code to the recipient.
