This work is based on HTML development and the use of CSS rendering (part of the use of Javascript) of the network platform, including self-produced HTML pages and VR panoramic venue display. As a multi-functional learning platform, this work is for a large number of college students and young people. It conforms to the development of big data, VR panorama and other technologies. It focuses on the multi-angle display of excellent historical materials in the 100 years since the founding of the Party and the founding of the People's Republic of China. It integrates VR panorama tour, multimedia learning mode, diversification of new four history resources and intelligent interactive interface. The back-end part is built through the Gin framework of Golang language, developed separately from the front and back ends, and finally deployed in the server. This work is in line with the current era of data, connecting a variety of emerging technologies with "Internet learning", so that creativity can improve the quality of learning experience and realize the ultimate purpose of science and technology serving the people.
