Coal resources play a vital role in social production and life. In the environment of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, the demand for high-quality coal resources in China is increasing, and the remote unmanned rapid excavation of coal roadway has become the focus of the mining industry. This work constructs a working mode of digging, supporting and transporting in coal roadway tunneling production. The product technology is divided into remote rapid tunneling technology and remote control tunneling technology. The rapid tunneling equipment is mainly composed of tunneling machine, advanced support bracket, transfer machine, drilling and anchor machine, explosion-proof instrument and monitoring probe. The modern measurement and control technology used can effectively ensure the quality level and working efficiency of coal mining, the video monitoring system and the detection of body position parameters can monitor and diagnose the coal mine in real time, which has a positive effect on the development of the whole mining industry.
