This work takes ROS-based turtlebot3 robot as the carrier to realize the inspection management of the factory, including YOLO V3-based safety helmet recognition, worker fall behavior recognition (alarm immediately) and instrument digital recognition. The recognition results are uploaded to the information management website to realize the evaluation of workers' work specifications and the statistics of instrument digital.

This work is through the study of robot route planning, autonomous navigation, visual inspection and other technologies to develop an intelligent factory inspection robot, the specific functions are:

(1) Autonomous navigation of turtlebot3 robot;

(2) to achieve the turtlebot3 robot safety helmet recognition;

(3) Realize the turtlebot3 robot to recognize the fall behavior;

(4) Realize the digital recognition and reading of the instrument by the turtlebot3 robot;

(5) Design the information management website to realize the human-computer interaction of the inspection work.
