This design is a comprehensive community design, based on the process of urbanization and the aging of the population background, to explore the future wisdom of the aging community. In the early stage of design, the existing problems in the pension community are summarized and the solutions are put forward. The behavior activities of the elderly and the needs of other community personnel are analyzed and studied, and the design framework of the community is established. The community personnel are subdivided by age, the activity intensity and activity frequency of their day are analyzed and the needs are met in the scheme design. The aging design is carried out in detail, the physiological state of the elderly is analyzed, and the elderly care design is carried out in the living space and outdoor space. Ecological design concepts are introduced, such as the utilization of solar energy and wind energy, the conversion system of kinetic energy and electric energy, the application of intelligent shading shutters, the application of heat-insulating glass, etc., and the use of functional plants that help healing in the plant configuration is helpful to the health of the elderly. This program explores the aging of the future smart pension community and provides a vivid blueprint for people's future pension life.
