Bajiaowan Talent Port is located in Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone. The development goal is to innovate and open a modern international coastal city with the integration of industry and city. It has excellent economic development potential and strong coastal cultural heritage. However, in the context of today's model-based urban design, various complex and diverse renewal and development problems cannot be solved, making the city lack of characteristics. The design of Bajiao Bay Talent Port is an exploration and study of a new model of urban design. The design adopts modular design, embedded with composite functions, and combines the design of green corridor landscape nodes to create neuron cell bodies. Starting from crowd activities, interactive space and slow walking path are created to construct neuron axons, and each economic park is connected in series based on the central green axis of the city. Finally, the two elements of neuron cell body and neuron axon are connected in series, combined with smart city technology, implement the construction of smart park, and create a future smart meta-city with human interaction, human and information interaction, human and nature interaction, and human and space interaction.
