The idea of "Sansheng" begins with "Sansheng" agriculture. Facing the problems of people of different ages in old communities in the new era, this innovative design introduces the concept of "Sansheng space" into the transformation design of residential areas, and redefines the "Sansheng" space in land space planning as the new "Sansheng" space of production space, living space and ecological space, and the redefined "three lives" space were placed in the residential area-residential landscape-residential. Creativity to improve quality, based on the perspective of "Sansheng Space", the design is committed to improving the livability of the old community space, and reasonably constructing the organic connection of the three material elements of production, life and ecology in the residential area. In terms of community shape, the "flower" and "willow" in the idiom "dividing flowers and whisking willow" are extracted as elements, and "wind-blown willow" is taken as the main road structure. The full flowering period of willow is spring and the most beautiful period of willow, so the "flower" is taken as the main landscape node of the community. All elements are linked, combined with the concept of "new three-life space", to form an endless theme, which not only echoes the aging design required by the current situation of the site (the current situation of the head of household is mostly retired elderly people, etc.), but also echoes the era theme of sustainable development.
