The design address is located in the historical and cultural district of taichi, Lishan district, Anshan city. due to the old residential building facilities and lack of planning, the original building has been renovated into a day care center for the elderly. The aging degree of Anshan is serious. There are a large number of retired old people living in the block of Tai-cho. According to the preliminary investigation, there is a lack of old people's activity area nearby, especially when the old people are left alone in the house, there are many inconveniences in life. In view of this situation, I designed a day care center for the old people in the southeast corner of the block, optimized the walking route for the old people with limited mobility and set up various activity space, adjust the old age life. Set up a corner of the tea party for leisure and relaxation on the appropriate space node to realize the wish of the elderly to talk at home everywhere. The public space is an enclosed structure to avoid the loss of the elderly, and the main activity area is set up in a place that can be observed from all positions. The living environment is designed with open-air balconies to reduce the discomfort of the elderly being bound at home. When you walk out of the room and stand on the terrace, you will see the familiar scenery of Tai-cho. The facade of the building combines the Japanese-style features of the traditional architecture of Tagachi, although it is transformed but not unfamiliar. here the old man and familiar with the friends of life, the children of the family rest assured that the journey home is very close... closely around the needs of the elderly design, it will be called "town" to see the heart, for the elderly to provide a warm and comfortable living environment.
