This project takes the concept of green ultra-low energy consumption building and old city reconstruction as the core, and deeply explores the energy-saving and friendly living environment in the new era, especially the improvement of the living environment under the background of double carbon. The design concept of ultra-low energy consumption living environment can better meet the future development of the city. In this design, the operation mode of the northeast heated kang is applied to the building, so that the energy consumption and other aspects are significantly reduced. At the same time, the roof "surface breathing" system and solar photovoltaic system and green building technology are used in the design of the roof to integrate the new quality productivity into the design of the living environment. To create a natural, comfortable and quiet living environment, the whole project not only embodies the concept of symbiosis between renewal and sustainable development of green buildings, but also shows the constant understanding of contemporary people's aesthetics and lifestyle.
