The design site is located in the Sophia historic district of Harbin, with the Central Street to the west and Zhaolin Park to the north. The St. Sophia Church, a landmark building in Harbin, stands inside. The site carries the historical past and cultural characteristics of Harbin, and will also become a source of vitality to lead the future development of the city. At present, the site is mixed with the old and the new at the context level, and the inside information is reduced. At the industrial level, the quality is low and scattered, and the creativity is insufficient. At the life level, the function is missing and the space is outdated. The site urgently needs to manage the old and accept the new and plan for the future. Based on the organic growth theory, the scheme introduces the "super sowing plan" and puts forward three strategies of "digital twin of context revival", "unbounded creativity of industrial activation" and "intelligent livable of ecological support" to carry out urban space arrangement and landscape planning and design, aiming at creating Harbin cultural dream theater and dynamic new landscape that inherits historical context and leads future life.
