This project takes "intelligent hospital" as the core theme, and builds a highly reductive and feature-rich intelligent medical scene based on 3D modeling and visualization technology. The project integrates hospital management, patient service, intelligent positioning, equipment monitoring and other dimensions to create a comprehensive hospital management platform integrating information display, interactive operation and intelligent analysis. Through digital twin technology, we will be the hospital's building structure, department distribution, bed management, medical equipment, patient information, business processes and other elements of the three-dimensional modeling and real-time data docking, from the macro hospital area to the micro-device comprehensive visualization and intelligent management. The system covers 15 subsystems including 3D hospital navigation, real-time bed pool, intelligent registration cloud queue, visual operating room, CT inspection full-process animation, elevator digital twin, underground garage vehicle identification and positioning, medical waste block chain tracking, predictive maintenance of key equipment, intelligent bracelet anti-loss, energy consumption carbon emission monitoring, disaster evacuation drill, remote central monitoring, mobile AR inspection and large-screen operation cockpit, comprehensive coverage of hospital operations, patient services, safety control, energy efficiency management and teaching and training and other scenarios. The platform supports PC, touch screen, VR equipment and multi-terminal access on the Web. It has the capabilities of real-time data driving, multi-dimensional interaction, intelligent early warning and decision support. It has truly realized the new paradigm of smart hospital with "one screen to view the whole hospital, one key to schedule resources and one link to track the whole process", and has significantly improved the hospital management efficiency, patient medical experience and safety guarantee level, it provides a complete solution that can be replicated and promoted for the digital transformation of the medical industry.
