With the decreasing of land mineral resources (according to the prediction of relevant departments, most of the existing land mineral resources in China will be exhausted within 50 years), the development of international seabed mineral resources is the general trend. The international seabed and the deep sea, as a treasure land that has not been developed by mankind and one of the emerging high-tech fields, have become an important strategic goal and the focus of competition among countries. In the research of deep-sea metal mineral resources mining technology and equipment, the mining object is that human beings have not yet set foot in it. The terrain and environment are complex and changeable, and the maximum water depth is 6000m. The mining operation is affected by bad natural conditions such as wind waves, sea currents, high pressure and corrosion, which has great uncertainty. Therefore, since the 1960 s, developed countries have invested a lot of money and human and material resources to carry out comprehensive development and research of mining technology ". On this basis, this work demonstrates the offshore mining process and some equipment.
