The 9th Global College Student Digital Media Technology Works & Creativity Competition in 2021
1. Competition background
in order to give full play to the role of colleges and universities as a new force in China's cultural industry, enhance the creative expression and innovation ability of college students, lead universities and related disciplines and professional social development and industrial upgrading, realize the innovative development and creative transformation of teaching and research achievements of colleges and universities, fully prosper and develop China's cultural undertakings and cultural industries, and improve the national cultural soft power to make contributions. On the basis of successfully holding eight consecutive "Global College Student Digital Media Technology Works & Creativity Competition", the Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence continues to hold the "Ninth Global College Student Digital Media Technology Works & Creativity Competition in 2021".
On the basis of previous "independent proposition" entries, this competition introduces key enterprises in the field of digital creativity to participate in the "designated proposition", and strives to organize student competitions, award ceremonies and academic seminars, extensively explore and cultivate growing talents and projects in the field of intelligent technology service culture, discover creativity and encourage innovation, support entrepreneurship, and build an open platform for the integrated development and service of intelligent technology and cultural and creative industries, it provides a display platform for the excellent projects of students and graduates of various majors in colleges and universities to help their future development.

all kinds of students in ordinary colleges and universities (including higher vocational colleges) approved by the Ministry of Education (Unreal (UE4) works creation, college students' entrepreneurial teams in the past 3 years or less can also participate), all majors can sign up for the competition.
1. The competition is a form of student team participation. In principle, each participating team shall not exceed 5 students;
2. In order to facilitate the organization and arrangement of the competition, each participating team needs to designate 1-2 instructors or graduate students as team leaders (here, graduate students will be team members, not instructors);
3. In order to better promote the exchange and cooperation between different disciplines, majors and schools, this competition especially encourages students to form teams across majors and schools, but the entries will be awarded in a unified way.
this competition adopts two kinds of topic selection methods: designated proposition and independent topic selection. For relevant topic selection requirements, please refer to Annex 1: Guide to the 9th Global College Student Digital Media Technology Works & Creativity Competition in 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the Competition Guide).
