In recent years, university laboratory safety accidents occur frequently, causing serious casualties. The reasons are mostly related to the safety management of laboratory materials: opaque material management information and low efficiency of information transmission are often potential hidden dangers. Based on this, after understanding the actual needs of university laboratories, the project members proposed to establish a small program of laboratory material management and approval system (referred to as "material management system"). This system develops business functions for ordinary users (mostly college students) and administrator users (mostly college teachers). Ordinary users can realize functions such as laboratory material purchase application, material use registration, performance testing application, experimental safety regulations viewing, meeting document record storage, etc. Administrator users can realize functions such as material usage viewing, user identity information maintenance, material purchase review, performance testing review, material inventory maintenance, etc. The system has broad application prospects and can be widely used in laboratory material management scenarios in major universities, and the market is numerous. At the same time, the system effectively solves the pain points of social demand, and has the characteristics of open and transparent operation process, traceable material consumption increase and high management approval efficiency. College students are the hope of families and the main force of national construction. The proposal of this system is based on the protection and care of laboratory researchers, hope to create a harmonious, safe and orderly experimental environment, to science and technology as the lead, to the warmth of science and technology.
