At present, the propaganda methods of most colleges and universities still stay in the box text narrative, or the same propaganda posters, and can not provide users with corresponding needs anytime and anywhere. Through investigation and research, 76% of colleges and universities publicize colleges and universities through websites and pictures to improve their popularity, 22% of colleges and universities publicize through video, but only 2% of colleges and universities use cloud exhibition hall technology to publicize their schools. VR Panorama + Campus, through the display of VR Panorama Campus, we can have a clearer understanding of the campus environment and have a preliminary understanding before entering the campus. Based on the above background, our team has developed a WeChat applet and background management system based on Three.js and AR.js. Using the extra-curricular knowledge learned, we have carried out VR publicity and display for Chongqing Institute of Engineering and sold the peripheral products of heavy industry, so that more people can know about Chongqing Institute of Engineering. VR (virtual reality technology) can interact and display content in a higher dimension, and its 360-degree panoramic picture can enable users to enter the virtual scene immersive. This work uses this technology for VR virtual display. AR (Augmented Reality) is an enhanced version of seeing or experiencing in the real world, and users can get a better experience. This work uses this technology to show the surrounding products near the heavy industry, and can zoom and move the model.
