Therefore, according to the requirements, the team designed a digital navigation safety platform, which consists of three parts: data analysis of the marine environment, hardware detection of the internal situation of the ship and early warning programs. Data analysis is combined with software and hardware to collect and record data on the electronic record card of the cloud platform, which effectively solves the problems of safety monitoring that is not convenient and efficient enough, data collection difficulties, low efficiency of manual detection, and failure to discover potential safety hazards in time. Improve the efficiency of data collection, classification and storage, and realize the improvement of the safety of fishing vessels. Through the professional advantages of the team, the platform adopts the Chinese, Guangdong and English multilanguage version. Through the mobile WeChat applet, the supervision and management of fishing vessels will be implemented, and timely alarm will be given. According to the sea conditions and vessel conditions, professional navigation opinions will be put forward for fishing vessels to reduce the danger of fishing vessels in the process of navigation.
