In August 2021, the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Strengthening the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage, pointing out that intangible cultural heritage is an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture, and it is of great significance to protect, inherit and make good use of intangible cultural heritage. It is of great significance to continue the historical context and strengthen cultural self-confidence. Based on this background, we choose to inherit the non-heritage paper-cut culture as the theme of the software, hoping to stimulate the public interest in non-heritage culture through the software content, inherit and carry forward the good paper-cut culture. The software spreads paper-cut culture through multimedia media including paper-cut introduction, paper-cut resource video, paper-cut game, activity newsletter and intangible cultural heritage culture, which can enable paper-cut lovers to fully appreciate the charm of traditional culture, break the limitation of time and space to the maximum extent, and narrow the distance between ordinary people and intangible cultural heritage culture. The software information architecture is divided into three modules: "home page", "classroom" and "intangible cultural heritage". With the help of digital means, the dissemination, application and sharing of cultural heritage are realized, and the best function of technical resources is realized. It can bring new vitality to the inheritance of paper-cut and promote the further development of the cultural field. In addition, the software design integrates the paper-cutting production process into the knowledge of entering the customs in the form of games, which is conducive to increasing the learning experience of learners, stimulating learners' interest in paper-cutting, and easily learning paper-cutting knowledge and skills in a pleasant game experience.
