This project is mainly aimed at young people's health problems to make a health care APP-E. We provide better service to users from the two dimensions of healthy diet and regular work and rest. It not only contains the traditional food knowledge culture, but also contains the community function that young people love more. E is the first letter of the English word Eat, which is in line with the public's idea of "all diseases come from the mouth. Little by little to express our team's wishes for users. I hope everyone can be more happy and worry less every day. The main functions include recipes, regular work and rest, and community functions. The characteristic of this project is that we classify the dishes differently in different environments. This includes eight cuisines by region, five kinds of dishes suitable for different groups of people, including children, teenagers, the elderly, pregnant women and overtime, and different dishes for people with different needs according to their efficacy. So that users can add convenient use of our products.
