In recent years, the teaching scale of colleges and universities has been increasing, but due to the lack of teaching resources, colleges and universities are faced with the problems of long time and low efficiency of course arrangement in the actual course arrangement process. In view of this problem, this paper designs and implements a course scheduling system based on Django Vue framework. In the process of system implementation, using Python as the main programming language, Mysql as the main database, using Django Vue framework for system design and implementation. According to the actual teaching situation and course scheduling process of the information department, the system has set up three different system roles for administrators, students and teachers, and designed and implemented the user management module, student management module, teacher management module, classroom management module, teaching plan management module and course scheduling management module. This work has passed the system test to verify the availability of the system. The development of course scheduling system improves the efficiency of curriculum planning, solves the problem of teaching management, and significantly reduces the workload of course scheduling. Starting from the actual situation, the key and difficult problems in the course arrangement work are solved, and the computer functions such as high efficiency and safety are fully utilized to realize the computer management of the whole process of the course arrangement work, and to help the specific management personnel to liberate from the complicated and tedious work.
