Relevant data during sleep are collected through iPhone sensors, sleep characteristics are analyzed by HealthKit, AI sleep "generation" music mode based on a large amount of sleep and physiological sign data training is built, personalized sleep aid music is pushed, optimal sleep aid music is intelligently matched, volume is intelligently controlled, sleep music is intelligently stopped automatically, and users are helped to sleep better, faster and easier. Works function mainly includes music sleep, sleep monitoring, my three modules. The music sleep aid module is displayed as the home page. This module is the core module of the work and is the innovation of this research and development: using ML and sensor technology to create exclusive music sleep aid for users. These include: Smart Music and Music Report. Smart Music consists of three small modules. ① Make a sleep prediction based on the analysis of the user's sleep monitoring records, and push music matching the sleep rhythm for the user in combination with the real-time sleep state and the user's music habits. ② According to the analysis of the user's sleep monitoring records, the judgment of rapid eye movement sleep period (REMs), light sleep period (Light Sleep) and deep sleep period (Deep Sleep) is made. During the transition from sleep period to light sleep period, the sleep-aid music keeps circulating according to the sleep state all the time to avoid disturbing sleep with the change of music rhythm. At the same time, the music volume will also change automatically with the change of sleep state, solved the problem of inappropriate music. ③ At the beginning of the user's formal sleep period, the concert will automatically close, and sleep monitoring will be carried out at this time. The music report will generate a daily music listening report, a monthly music listening report and an annual music listening report according to the user's music sleep habits, so that the user can clearly understand what type of music is more suitable for his sleep. Music report automatically establishes a sleep music library in the background. Users can choose or add their favorite music sleep monitoring module: this module provides relevant technical support for music sleep aid module, which mainly includes: sleep cycle analysis and sleep record.
