Design Method: This work is based on PS,AE,Pr and other software to make an animated short film on the 100 anniversary of the founding of the Party. First, we selected the major events from 1931 to 2021 as the guiding line, then made the characters and scenes in the animation in Ps, and then used AE to integrate the characters and scenes to make dynamic effects. The main effects and plug-ins used are element, lumetri, Optical Flares, slider control, fractal noise, radial blur, corner positioning, etc. Finally, we made sound effect video synthesis in Pr. Design connotation: under the background of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party, we should stimulate the interest of the broad masses of young people in the knowledge of party building by means of animation, spread the knowledge of party building in an innovative way, and deepen the broad masses of people's understanding of the historical process of the development of the party in a more vivid and interesting form. It makes the broad masses of the people feel the hardships and difficulties of the party's development process, aiming to eulogize the spirit of patriotism and stimulate the patriotic enthusiasm of young people to work hard.
