This work describes the story of several college students with different interests chasing their dreams. Through parallel montage, the story clues to be expressed are run through it with more expressive shooting techniques and lens conversion. With the progress of the times, the thinking of the younger generation has gradually highlighted its own unique characteristics. Or have been questioned, or have experienced suffering, but the same is a not rigidly adhere to the secular heart. New ideas are jumping and blooming in today's increasingly competitive social arena. Those new people with ideals will never stop. Therefore, our group unfolds the story with a group of young people with their own aspirations as the main body, and named this film "Youth chasing Dreams". With this film, we can show that the young generation who are warm-blooded and go forward bravely, stick to their own goals, constantly open up, constantly explore and struggle, they are the brave of this era. Because their journey is not only the land under their feet, but also the sea of stars. Through on-the-spot shooting in schools and other places, and the combination of green screen and real scene, as well as visual effects such as 3D modeling and C4D modeling, we make the effect of the whole film more unique expressive force, resonate with viewers and make a deeper impression.

Features of this work:

(1) Complete film and television production process: The film production process is strictly implemented in accordance with the international film and television production process to ensure the professionalism of the film. The production process of this film is as follows: pre-shooting, transcoding the shooting materials into proxy files, editing in PR using proxy files, exporting the editing table file XML, color mixing in the film industry color mixing software Davinci resolve, batch back to the bottom in PR, using the dynamic link between AE and PR to make special effects on some fragments, and outputting into films;

(2)VFX visual effect: some lenses in this film are shot with green screen for real-life synthesis, shot with green screen in the studio in the early stage, and keyed and synthesized in AE in the later stage. There are also some racing shots using 3D modeling and real-life synthesis, C4D modeling, motion tracking and scene reconstruction of the shooting scene, and finally real-life synthesis.

(3) Da Vinci color mixing: In the early stage of this film, the slog curve mode unique to SONY camera was used to shoot the material, which made the material have higher tolerance. In the later stage, the slog2 color space was converted into the common rec709 color space by using 3D LUT through Da Vinci software, and finally the primary color mixing and secondary color mixing were carried out.
