The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a major decision and deployment made by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It is a major historical task for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and building a modern socialist country in an all-round way. It is the general starting point for the work of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" in the new era. "Lao Zhou" was filmed in Dongfeng Village, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, which was previously a village with weak economy. After the village was lifted out of poverty, in order to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, Lao Zhou, a member of the Municipal People's Congress and the head of the Baichun Brocade Vegetable Cooperative, provided employment opportunities for the surrounding farmers and led the villagers to take the road of common prosperity.
