Virtual Anchor Interactive System Based on Unity3D and OSF
Description
Today, the live broadcast industry has developed for many years, live broadcast competition is becoming more and more fierce, but the head anchor resources are very scarce. At a time when pure anchor resources are hard to find, virtual anchors connect fans through live interaction, which has become a new choice for the live broadcast industry. However, because of the problems of dynamic capture equipment, external camera equipment, high PC hardware requirements, and high demand for vertical drawing and models, the threshold for capital and technical investment to become a virtual anchor is not low. Based on the above considerations, the team has the idea of developing a virtual anchor interactive system based on Unity3D. This system uses OSF's facial capture (hereinafter referred to as face capture) technology to bind the facial actions of the anchor with the facial key points of the virtual image to realize the basic interaction of the virtual image. At the same time, we optimized the algorithm to allow some low-end PCs to run. On this basis, we also have functions such as custom replacement background board, custom key binding specified animation, gift feedback, and support for both 3D and Live2D models. Custom replacement background board and key binding specified animation can better assist the anchor to complete the arranged planning interactive activities. Real-time acquisition of barrage and gift feedback can enable the anchor to interact with the audience in a more timely manner. At the same time, supporting 3D and Live2D models can provide more choices for anchors to achieve better live broadcast effect. The virtual anchor interactive system can not only help the anchor to make a richer live effect, strengthen the interaction with the audience, but also reduce the virtual anchor's capital and technology investment threshold.
