As a means of expression of national culture, tourist attractions with the theme of national culture have the function of inheriting traditional culture. However, at present, most scenic spots lack the integration and utilization of technology, and there are problems such as poor sense of experience, single product type, lack of business model, and insufficient mutual promotion with entity cultural tourism consumption. The development of China's digital culture and tourism industry is still in its infancy, and most of the programs provided by culture and tourism enterprises in the market are rigid. For different scenic spots, there is a lack of accurate positioning analysis and a blind application of standardized programs, resulting in a disconnection between the realization of technology and the cultural heritage of scenic spots, which is not conducive to the inheritance of national culture. In response to this phenomenon, the project starts from the scenic area, according to the different characteristics of the scenic area, the digital technology and the local characteristics of the scenic area of cultural tourism resources combined to form a scale, form a complementary, to achieve customized color ink style real-time rendering and pipelined digital cultural tourism services. Thanks to the unique natural resources and rich human resources, Hubei's cultural tourism industry has broad prospects for development. Hubei Huangmei is the birthplace of Chinese Zen culture. Relying on the unique realistic background and natural geographical advantages, this project takes Hubei Huangmei Scenic Area as the first pilot to complete the construction of Huangmei scenic area scene, the environment roaming function of virtual Zen scene, and the three-dimensional stylized color ink real-time rendering of the scene. For different scenic spots, this project can carry out standardized content re-engraving according to the existing Huangmei model, and propose four NPR-based 3D color ink stylized real-time rendering algorithms, realize high-speed operation of general assembly lines, automatic generation of trees and other models, establish a model library for direct call, and the model only needs low-precision white models, further reducing the cost; at the same time, it provides plot IP design that suits the scene culture of the scenic spot, excavates and activates the culture of the scenic spot, and creates projects related to the culture of the scenic spot and rich experience in the form of lightweight, gamification and personalized cultural interaction, bringing more interactive experiences to tourists. For tourist attractions with publicity needs, this project can provide scenic spot scene models to help scenic spots complete online publicity, and at the same time provide logo, cultural and creative product design and other supporting services, develop offline cultural and creative products, help scenic spots to obtain offline revenue, and provide a complete set of customized digital cultural and travel services for scenic spots. This project uses digital, "immersive", VR and other scientific and technological means to create and tell national cultural stories through IP to enhance national cultural influence and social value.
