We aim to build a virtual electron microscope laboratory system to realize the function of observing samples with virtual electron microscope. It involves the adjustment of the electron microscope observation button, the simulation of the effect of the image, and the evaluation of the user's operation. In addition, there will be an interactive display of the principle of electron microscope display, which can make people go deep into the inside of the electron microscope, observe the flow of the electron beam, and realize how the electron microscope enlarges the details of the object. The system integrates teaching, experiment and evaluation functions, and uses virtual reality technology to break the limitations of real operation to meet the educational needs of enterprises or teaching institutions.
