A patrol alarm fire fighting robot based on McNum wheel
Description
The patrol alarm robot relies on the infrared tracing module for path recognition, uses the M3508 DC brushless reduction motor to push the mecanum wheel forward, and uses the infrared tube detection method single chip microcomputer to determine the position of the black line and the walking route of the car through the reflected infrared light. At the same time, the robot pan-tilt rotates 360 degrees, uses an infrared camera to observe the surroundings, uses SKP series laser ranging radar, and uses a brand-new DeTOF technology. Once the fire source is found, the angle is adjusted to launch the fire extinguishing projectile and immediately send an alarm to the fire prevention workstation, and GPS is used to locate the fire source. The patrol fire fighting robot has the function of extinguishing fire and slowing down the spread of fire. Nearly 50 fire-extinguishing projectiles can be stored in its bomb storage box. The motor pushes the teeth to supply bombs, and the fire-extinguishing projectiles are then launched through the space connecting rod. The application of space link technology in the elastic chain makes the control of the pitch axis motor not affected by other external forces, so that the pitch axis motor can stably adjust the barrel from one pitch angle to another pitch angle, reducing energy consumption. At the same time, in order to make the projectile not easy to jam, we put small bearings at the corners of the delivery channel to reduce friction. The limit rubber wheel is used at the exit of the fire extinguishing projectile to provide the initial velocity of the projectile and control the initial launch position of the projectile to be the same, so as to obtain a stable trajectory. The pitch pitch axis of the PTZ is controlled by GM6020 DC brushless motor, and the YAW axis uses G M6020 motor plus gear to cooperate with the rotary bearing, which can ensure that the projectile can accurately hit the fire source. After the fire-extinguishing projectile is subjected to high temperature, the shell melts and releases the fire-extinguishing material inside to achieve its purpose of extinguishing the fire.
