Badminton automatic recycling robot is a practical and commercialized intelligent badminton recycling robot jointly researched and developed by Wing Robot Technology Co., Ltd., Institute of Power Electronics, School of Electrical and Control Engineering, Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology, and Key Laboratory of Robot R & D and Production. Combined with multi-sensor data fusion technology, YOLOv5 vision technology, two-level badminton collection technology to achieve dynamic path optimization, high-precision recognition, non-destructive pick-up, orderly recovery and other advantages, thus greatly improving the efficiency of badminton collection, the liberation of manpower, change people's way of life, improve people's quality of life. When playing badminton, the ball will fall to the ground and you need to bend down frequently to pick up the ball, especially when practicing, it will be scattered on the ground and pick up trouble, and bending for a long time will cause people's waist pain and affect their health, cooperate with the training, but it takes a lot of time to sort out the badminton on the ground. For this, a device that can walk and pick up the ball autonomously is designed, including the ball pick-up, ball head adjustment, barrel loading and other mechanisms. The external guidance and badminton section barrel loading realize the adjustment of badminton orientation and the automatic movement of barrel loading. The collection effect is achieved by sucking the shuttlecock under the pressure of the wind device. Based on YOLOv5, the design analysis of badminton verifies that the strength of the components in the device meets the collection strength required in the whole operation process, which shows that the design of the device is reasonable and feasible.
