Land-air amphibious all-terrain community inspection robot
Description
The land-air amphibious all-terrain community inspection robot is mainly composed of four-rotor aircraft, track wheel and sensor, which are respectively responsible for the air flight function, land obstacle crossing function, community safety inspection and garbage identification function of the inspection robot. According to the application scenarios and functional requirements of the land-air amphibious all-terrain community inspection robot, its flight state needs to have good stability and excellent flight attitude. Balanced consideration of the stability and maneuverability of the inspection robot, the design uses the four-rotor aircraft as the air flight structure carrier, in its flight work, the longitudinal and lateral motion is completed by four motors at the same time, the torque is large, the controllable margin is high. According to the functional requirements of land-air amphibious inspection, the ground motion platform needs to have strong obstacle crossing ability and long-term working ability. In addition, considering the requirement of long inspection time, this type of robot requires its volume to be small, and the fuselage material should be selected as much as possible Light and high-strength materials reduce the weight of the fuselage and increase the endurance time. To sum up, the design adopts track wheels as the ground motion platform, and its two sides are composed of driving wheels and tracks driven by two reduction motors, and the four motors are symmetrically distributed in pairs. According to the functional requirements of the mine inspection, the design is equipped with a variety of sensors, real-time acquisition of the mine site image, sound, infrared thermal image and temperature data, smoke, a variety of gas concentration and other parameters, real-time transmission through the network, to achieve alternative inspection manual inspection.
