In recent years, with the development of artificial intelligence, emerging technologies have also entered the training scene of table tennis. In the table tennis hall, especially the training ground, there will be a large number of table tennis scattered on the ground. The manual method of picking up the ball is nothing more than hiring a caddie and picking up the ball by the athletes themselves, but the former is more expensive, and the latter consumes more physical fitness of the athletes and delays training time. In order to solve this problem, the team developed an automatic ball-picking robot based on OpenCV. The product takes the stm32F1 chip as the main control, based on the OpenCV library, uses the pyAI-V831 to identify the table tennis ball, TOF400F the module to monitor the surrounding environment, and uses the suction to pick up the ball.
