The team designed a wall-to-ground integrated industrial grinding robot to solve the problem of excessive dust generated by house renovation. The main goal is to use automated equipment instead of manual work to play a role in the renovation of old houses. The design mainly relies on the lifting module and the rotating module to polish the ground and the wall respectively. The dust generated in the process is blocked by the air shield, and then extracted by the dust suction device. The whole process is controlled by PLC to realize automatic operation, which greatly saves labor and reduces dust pollution, and embodies the intelligent and green design concept.
