(3) By setting a reasonable tilt angle and pneumatic valve, intelligently control the process of starting or stopping automatic feeding. 1. mechanical structure design In order to realize the basic function of raising pet cats independently and achieve the expected effect, this product is composed of sand basin cleaning system, automatic drinking water system and intelligent feeding system. 1. Design of sand basin cleaning system (1) Screen leakage mechanism The sieve leakage mechanism is composed of multiple sieve rods arranged in parallel, and the gap between adjacent sieve rods is the sieve hole. The screw on both sides drives the screen leakage mechanism to push forward, and at the same time, the screen leakage mechanism can realize adaptive adjustment in the height direction. At this time, the litter remains in the litter box through the sieve holes of the sieve leakage mechanism, while the foreign bodies move forward under the push of the sieve leakage mechanism. The rake-shaped design facilitates the pushing of foreign objects into the dustbin. The sieve leakage mechanism is suitable for screening soft and medium hard materials. (2) Sand basin mechanism Although the cat litter box designed in the past can well hold the cat litter, it is not convenient to clean up foreign bodies due to the large slope of the container wall. In this project, the sand basin subverts the previous basin design, innovatively adopts the bucket design, the advantages of the bucket design are as follows: there is a sand-blocking slope at the exit to prevent excess cat litter from entering the dustbin, reduce the loss of cat litter and reduce the cost of pet care. (3) Box delivery mechanism The slide rail is engaged with the reduction gearbox on the automatic replacement garbage bin to realize the automatic replacement of the garbage bin. The foreign matter is pushed forward by the screen leakage mechanism and transported to the automatic replacement garbage bin through the sand blocking slope. When the foreign matter in the dustbin reaches the capacity setting, the dustbin is automatically replaced by the feeding slide rail. (4) Closed storage bin When the capacity of the automatic replacement garbage bin reaches the set value, it will be transported to the closed storage bin by the storage and transportation board for automatic air drying, and the internal deodorant and disinfectant will be sterilized to isolate peculiar smell. 2. Automatic drinking water system The system consists of water storage container, water pipe, bundle pipe device, controllable air pump. The lower part of the water storage container is provided with a water outlet hole, the water outlet hole is connected to the water delivery pipe, the water is caused to flow out by gravity, and the relative movement of the piston and the bundle pipe device is used to realize the bending of the water delivery pipe, thereby blocking the water flow. 3. Intelligent feeding system The outlet of the cat food storage is provided with a baffle, the air pump is started to open during feeding, and the tilt angle is greater than the friction angle to realize the feeding of cat food. (2) Automatic drinking water system In the drinking fountain, because the water level inside the water storage tank is higher than the water outlet, the water will automatically flow out under the action of water pressure. When the air pump is started, when the air enters the pneumatic actuator from the air delivery pipe, the gas pushes the double pistons to move linearly to both ends (cylinder head end), and the pistons bounce to control the bending of the air delivery pipe and block the automatic outflow of water. (3) Intelligent feeding system The air pump in the cat food storage is powered by electricity, and the air is continuously compressed by electricity, so that the internal air pressure is greater than the atmospheric pressure, and the baffle connected by the hinge is opened. Since the tilt angle is greater than the friction angle, there will be no self-locking phenomenon, and the automatic feeding of cat food is realized. When the driving shutter is closed, the feeding is automatically stopped. 2. Work flow The workflow of "enjoying and raising pets" is divided into three systems to carry out independently, the first is the sand basin cleaning system, the second is the automatic drinking water system, and the last is the intelligent feeding system. A. Sand basin cleaning system The working process of the sand basin cleaning system is divided into two processes. The sand blocking slope set at the front end of the sand basin can, on the one hand, reduce the number of cat litter leakage when pet cats use the cat litter basin, and on the other hand, reduce the phenomenon that cat litter is trapped by foreign matter caused by the screening mechanism when foreign matter is pushed by the leakage mechanism when foreign matter is cleaned, thus reducing the loss of cat litter and the cost of raising pets. (3) Empty the trash can and replace the trash bag In the foreign matter cleaning mode, the manual replacement dustbin is responsible for collecting and storing foreign matter. The breeder needs to manually replace the garbage bag in the garbage bin. That is, when the capacity of the manually replaced garbage bin reaches a certain limit, the breeder can take out the garbage bin from the side, package and dispose of the used garbage bag, replace the new garbage bag, and finally reinstall the garbage bin into the mechanism. (4) Storage and transportation of foreign objects When the breeder needs a higher foreign matter load capacity, the upper manual replacement dustbin can be drawn out. At this time, the automatic replacement dustbin works. When the foreign matter in the dustbin reaches the capacity limit, the storage and transportation board will transport the automatic replacement dustbin to the closed storage bin on the left side. The closed storage bin is closely connected with the litter box mechanism and is equipped with disinfectant and deodorant, which can achieve the effect of disinfection and deodorization. (5) Automatic replacement of waste bins A box-feeding slide rail is installed at the bottom of the litter box, and an automatic replacement garbage bin is installed on the box-feeding slide rail. When the storage and transportation plate is transported to the closed storage bin, the reserved space of the storage and transportation plate reaches the designated position. At this time, the delivery slide rail transports the spare dustbin to the designated position on the storage and transportation board, thus realizing the automatic replacement of the dustbin and improving the work carrying capacity of cleaning foreign objects. (6) Store foreign matter completely and wait for cleaning When the second bin is also full, the storage and transportation plate also drives the bin to transport to the closed storage bin. When the last bin is transported into the closed storage bin, the closed storage bin is in a fully closed state, waiting for the keeper to return home to clean up the internal garbage. Process two: cat litter cleaning mode When the litter needs to be replaced, the replacement procedure is started, the sand pushing plate is transmitted to the bottom of the litter box through the slide rail, and the screws on both sides start to drive, so that the litter inside the litter box moves forward. As the height of the sand pushing plate is higher than the sand blocking slope and is in close contact with both sides of the litter box, the litter box is gradually cleaned out of the litter box to realize the purpose of emptying.
