With the continuous progress of machine vision technology and the deepening of bionics research, the project is committed to building a multifunctional bionic robot with excellent perception ability. On the one hand, the improvement of machine vision technology enables robots to perceive and understand the surrounding environment as accurately as humans, achieving precise navigation, efficient obstacle avoidance and accurate object recognition. On the other hand, the bionic design, which draws inspiration from natural creatures, gives the robot excellent movement ability and adaptability. Driven by the needs of society, facing the shortage of labor and the growth of automation demand, as well as the challenges of working in complex environments, this multi-functional bionic robot based on machine vision will become a powerful tool to solve many problems and contribute unique wisdom and strength to the development of science and technology and social progress in China and even the world. In terms of mechanical structure, the design of mechanical linkage structure with ten degrees of freedom is adopted, so that the robot dog can realize the movements such as shaking its head and tail, walking and squatting. Through the analysis of the force of the robot dog, the torque of the dog's legs and the power of the robot dog are calculated. We chose MG90S steering gear as the driving device and drew the plane design of the robot dog. Using CATIA to model the overall structure of the robot dog in 3D and print it in 3D with PLA material. In terms of control, arduino is used as the control main board. The program design is simple to make the robot dog walk more stable and fast. It is equipped with openmv intelligent identification module to realize automatic avoidance function, and k210 module to realize mask detection function. The body is equipped with electronic modules such as buzzer, gyroscope, wireless serial communication, etc., which can realize remote control, automatic alarm, playing music and dancing, etc. The large-capacity lithium battery can also support the long battery life of the robot dog. Built-in AI voice module, WIFI module automatically connects to the network, which can better communicate with people and realize people's parent-child activities. SOS automatic alarm system, can better defend the home. The walking function of carrying objects helps people free their hands when shopping. It can also help people pick up express delivery, act as an electronic guide dog, and help the disabled.
