1. Fill in the registration form and submit it according to the prompts on the page.
2. After the system jumps, go to the mailbox used for registration, check the verification email, and click the verification link in the email.
3. After the verification is completed, it will automatically jump to the login page, and the login account can enter the work list page.
4. Works List Page
when the work is not submitted, the page will prompt to submit the work. After the work is submitted, the list page will display the relevant statistical data and work information of the work.
To submit your work, please click on the top navigation bar [Submit Works]].
The system sets a total of 5 work states, explained as follows:
through the audit: after the review of the works is completed, wait patiently for the award-winning publicity of the competition;
unapproved: modify the content according to the rejection reason marked by the system, upload it again and submit it for review;
to be reviewed by management: the materials have been submitted and are waiting for the school competition/competition manager to review. The review progress shall be subject to the school review arrangement;
to be submitted for review: the file upload is incomplete, or the [Submit for Review] button is not clicked, please supplement the materials and complete the submission;
no entry: team members have committed violations such as multiple submissions, plagiarism, use of commercial templates, paid competition, copyright infringement, non-originality, etc. The works are disqualified from the competition and no appeal is accepted.
5. Work Submission
basic data of (I) works
1. Select the race track (required)
choose one of the two to choose the race track: bachelor degree or above on track/ higher vocational track.
Track selection rules: to team members highest degree as the standard, graduate students are classified as undergraduate and above track.
2. Whether to use AI tools (required)
choose whether to use AI tools in the creation of works: yes/ no.
3. Instructor information (optional)
if there are no instructors, you can leave blank. You can add up to two instructors.

3. Participating student information (required)
number of participants: Students from a single team minimum 1 person, maximum 5 persons the first student in the list is the team leader by default.
School selection: the school where the student is located can only be selected from the system library to eliminate the problems of incorrect name filling and invalid college registration. If you confirm that the name of the school is not in the system library, please send an email to the mail@cmit.cn and provide the full name of the school and the website address of the official website to explain it. International teams can enter their school names in Chinese or foreign languages.
Support cross-school teams. Each student can participate in a maximum of 20 different entries.

If you fill in the school in Gansu Province, student 1 below the need to fill in the ID card number to apply for the Gansu Provincial Department of Education subject competition award-winning electronic honorary certificate.
4. Name of work (required)
if the system prompts that the name of the work has been occupied, please modify the name and resubmit it.
Violation reminder:
(1) It is strictly prohibited to submit the same work repeatedly by modifying the name of the work or changing the classification of the work. Once verified, it will be treated as cheating.
(2) The participants promise that the entries have not won any awards in various competitions above the school level, and there is no disguised repeated competition in the form of partial changes, content fine-tuning, upgrading, derivative adaptation, packaging change, etc. Where there is the above-mentioned award or disguised form of repeated competition, shall not participate in the competition.
(3) Once the shortlisted and winning works are confirmed to have plagiarized, won awards in other competitions above the school level or other infringements, the teachers and students of the participating team shall bear all the consequences. The organizer has the right to cancel their qualifications for participating in the competition, shortlisted and winning, withdraw the award-winning certificates and publish their infringements on relevant websites or media.

1. Contact person for school competition
For competition-related issues, you can contact the person in charge of the school competition first. If there is no match for the school competition, you can send an email to the official mailbox: mail@cmit.cn for consultation.
2. Confirmation of undertaking information
after the closing of the school competition, only the person's name is allowed to be modified., the rest of the information will no longer accept changes, please carefully check all the contents of the commitment before submitting.
Incorrect information: Click [Return to Modified Page] to correct the content and submit it again.
Information is correct: Click [Download Commitment Letter] to print the file.
Commitment Requirements: The commitment letter is automatically generated by the system according to the filling information, an official seal is required.
(1) Scope of seal: the official seal of any department of the academic affairs office, secondary college and school-level discipline competition management department of the school where the student is located can be affixed;
(2) Cross-school team formation: the official seal of the corresponding department of the captain's institution shall be uniformly stamped, and the stamped unit shall complete the qualification examination of the entries;
(3) Entry Restrictions: works that have won prizes in other competitions are not allowed to participate in this competition..
If one or more of the names of teachers and students, school names, work names and work classifications are modified after submission, important data will be reminded that they have been modified. Please make sure to download and resubmit the new version of the undertaking.
3. Upload entry materials by item
please upload the following documents as required:

to upload a picture or a letter of commitment in PDF format, one of the official seals of the school where the student is located (including the academic affairs office), the secondary college and the discipline competition management department set up by the school should be affixed.

(8) video of reply (choose one from PPT of reply)
upload work videos or defense videos: upload at least one and at most two of the two types, with a single file not exceeding 1G.
(9) PPT for reply (choose one from video for reply)
Upload a single PPT file, size ≤ 200MB.
Note: Upload at least one of the defense video and PPT.
(10) Packing documents for the competition (required)
compress all materials except the letter of commitment, screenshots of works, reply video and reply PPT into a single compressed package; If there is no other additional information, all the above documents can be packaged in a unified way.

file size: ≤ 10GB.
(11) Student ID card (required)
if the classification submitted is this entry will appear in the international special competition, but it will not appear in the designated proposition and the independent proposition. Filling Item. Upload at least 1 and at most 5 student ID cards (PDF or picture format) to prove that non-domestic college students are among the participating students.
Foreign students studying in Chinese universities and Chinese students studying in overseas (overseas) universities need to upload their student ID cards, while domestic college students do not need to upload them.
4. Submission for review
when the entry commitment, screenshots of the work, reply video, reply PPT, entry package file and student ID card are all uploaded (at least one video/PPT is uploaded), the [Submit for Review] button will appear in the lower right corner of the page.
