In principle, each participating team should not exceed 5 students, and 1-2 instructors or students should be designated as team leaders; this competition encourages students to form teams across majors and schools, but will achieve unified awards.

in order to have more college students get more exercise opportunities, the competition requires in principle: each team should submit no more than 2 works; The content of the entries must conform to Annex 1.
The expert group will review the topics of the entries, and the organizing committee has the right to require the participating teams to modify the topics of the works that do not meet the requirements, or cancel their qualifications. The competition does not accept any topics that are contrary to national laws and regulations.
the competition is divided into two stages: the preliminary competition and the national finals. Among them, the preliminary stage is mainly based on students' online submission of entry profiles and competition application forms, and online evaluation by preliminary evaluation experts. National Finals (30 October -1 November 2020)

preliminary Competition: expert network review centralized review. According to the expert group in the relevant fields reported by the participating team, the competition organizing committee will make a comprehensive evaluation from various aspects such as the performance of intelligent technology digital creative works, and decide whether the entries will be shortlisted in the national finals.
National Finals: online defense, network review. For all entries in the national finals, at least one team member must be arranged to participate in the defense and work display of the national finals; otherwise, the entries will be disqualified. The online defense of the national finals team shall be subject to the notice of the national finals.
