in order to facilitate the participating institutions to organize the competition, each participating institution designates a teacher as the contact person for the digital media competition. The contact person is mainly responsible for the work coordination between the school and the organizing committees of each competition area, the communication of competition notification, the mobilization and registration of the competition and the statistics of the competition information of the school. The contact person of the school competition can check the registration status of the school and the promotion operation of the school competition team in the competition system. The contact person of each participating college is recommended by the provincial organizing committee to the national organizing committee, or can be recommended by the participating colleges or relevant teachers. The contact person shall be authorized by the competition department of the school to be responsible for the competition contact work of the school. If more than one person from the same institution applies to be the contact person for the school competition, the organizing committee of the competition area will select the best candidates and report to the national organizing committee for filing. |
