On May 6, the launching ceremony of the 11th Global College Student Digital Media Technology Works & Creativity Competition North China Division was grandly held at the Northern University of Technology. Famous scholars, experts, entrepreneurs and representatives of university teachers and students from the field of intelligent creativity in North China gathered together to talk about the development of the event. Wang Jianwen, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Northern Industrial University, attended and delivered a speech. The ceremony was presided over by Wang Yuehai, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Information. This competition is hosted by the Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence, and co-organized by the Science Popularization Working Committee of the Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence, the Working Committee of Female Science and Technology Workers of the Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence, and the Virtual Reality and Visualization Technology Committee of the Chinese Computer Society. The North China Competition is hosted by North China University of Technology and co-organized by more than 10 units including Beijing University of Technology, Beijing Forestry University, and Beijing Normal University. In his speech, Wang Jianwen, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Northern University of Technology, affirmed the important role of the competition in cultivating high-level talents in the digital media industry. He hopes that through this competition, multi-party collaboration will be further strengthened and the inheritance and development of the intelligent creative field will be strengthened.
