On November 25, 2023, the final of the 11th Global College Student Digital Media Technology Works & Creativity Competition was held in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, West Taihu International Expo Center. This event is sponsored by the Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence, the Organizing Committee of the Global College Student Digital Media Technology Works & Creativity Competition, and co-organized by 28 universities across the country including Jiangsu Institute of Technology. Smart media students from nearly 400 colleges and universities across the country gathered in Changzhou to compete on the same field and compete for the second prize of the National 1. The Global College Student Digital Media Technology Works & Creativity Competition is a single competition in the ranking list of college students' discipline competitions of the Chinese Institute of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education. The competition upholds the original mission of educating people for the party and cultivating talents for the country; thoroughly implements the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party, and earnestly implements the major strategic deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on education, technology, and talents; deepens the reform of smart media talent education and teaching, Improve the quality of talent training; implement the national education strategy of "comprehensively revitalizing higher education in the central and western regions and building a powerful country in education. This finals specially invited 80 judges, all from industry enterprises, to achieve the unity of work evaluation standards and enterprise industry standards, so that students can understand the real needs of industry enterprises, and achieve the purpose of "promoting learning by competition. The finals are mainly based on students' on-site display, combined with on-site mobile review by industry experts. That is to show the elegant demeanour of college students, broaden the horizons of college students, and strengthen the subject dialogue and thinking collision between teachers and students in colleges and universities, which not only improves the digital creativity, design practice, technology iteration and product innovation ability of college students, but also helps the high-quality training of talents and the connotative development of disciplines in relevant majors in China.

More than 70000 teams from more than 1300 universities signed up for the competition, and nearly 200000 instructors and students participated. The competition held an award ceremony on the 26th.
