Liu Huaqun, Secretary General of the Organizing Committee of the Global College Student Digital Media Technology Works & Creativity Competition, interpreted the 2025 competition, mentioning that the competition will further optimize the competition system, select the track, and actively encourage participants to use cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence to create more forward-looking works. Subsequently, on behalf of the organizing committee, the Secretary-General issued a letter of authorization to Dong Wei, vice president of the School of Architecture and Design, to host the national competition.
